Return Policy

Since our photo magnets are custom-made products created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect photo uploads.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we'll make it right!

When We Accept Returns

• ✓ Product arrived damaged or broken
• ✓ Printing quality issues (blurry, color mismatch, etc.)
• ✓ Wrong product received
• ✓ Manufacturing defects

When We Cannot Accept Returns

• ✗ Change of mind after order placement
• ✗ Wrong photo uploaded by customer
• ✗ Low resolution image resulting in pixelation
• ✗ Product used or damaged by customer

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Share photos of the damaged/defective product
3. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
4. If approved, we'll either replace the product or issue a refund
